Preparing Our Stock
We stock a diverse range of cars and motorcycles that vary in age, mileage and condition, so we treat every vehicle individually. Many classic and collector's vehicles have passed through a number of hands during their lives, some have been imported or exported, so it can be nearly impossible to confirm every last detail in the same way a franchised dealer would with a 3-year old car.
We take great pride in selecting, testing and preparing every vehicle for sale. Before bringing a vehicle into stock we carry out a complete paperwork check, sifting through the service history, ownership and commissioning an HPI (Hire Purchase and Insurance Register) check.
Once we are happy that there is clear title and enough history to substantiate that the car has been well looked after, we have the vehicle independently checked to confirm its roadworthiness, bodywork and mechanical condition. Once this report is complete, we take advice from the specialists and prepare the car for sale. We also try to cover at least fifty miles in each and every one of our vehicles. By the time all of this is over we aim to know the car inside out and are happy to impart as much of this knowledge as is humanly possible, thus helping you to decide if ownership is for you.
Photography
There are very few things in life that excite us as much as the cars we prepare and sell. Therefore we try to show them on our website in their best possible light. Some of our customers have called in and asked if the cars we have for sale are really the ones in the photos. The answer is yes! And we haven't spent hours airbrushing the imperfections out of the photos either, so you won't be disappointed when you come down to see us. The photos are of the actual cars, taken by us, in our showroom!
